This LOOKS and SOUNDS nasty. Kind of looks like soggy Cocoa Rice Krispies, right? IT. IS. DELICIOUS. This is chia seed pudding and though it doesn’t sound appetizing, I’m here to tell you it is very tasty! Here’s a link to the recipe: http://kimberlysnyder.com/…/2012/01/28/chia-seed-delight-r…/

I’m learning so much about food and taste right now. It really is amazing, all the things that are quite good for us that we’re programmed to think are horrible because of western food culture. My awesome wife, recently used a spaghetti squash to make noodles and those noodles were some of the best I’ve had to date. Why? Not only did they taste great, but there was no bloated, full, lethargic feeling after eating a nice size serving of them (had chicken stir-fry over them). No sugar spike, no “itis” afterward.
