Health & Wellness: How I Use Apple Watch for Life

There are certainly some great uses for Apple Watches but I’m most interested in how they become a part of our lives rather than a novel gadget. So I’ve outlined in this latest video how I use the Apple Watch Series 5 for life.

Apple Watch is my short term memory:

Siri for reminders

Pill reminder

Work reminders

Laundry reminders

Cook timer

MyFitnessPal for water and logging meals

Apple Watch is my gym buddy:

I live by the Strong fitness app, the Seconds app, and the built-in fitness app from Apple. In addition, I store my gym cards on my watch so when I check-in to the gym, the front desk attendant just scans my watch. No need to bring my wallet or phone with me into the gym. I also don’t leave it in my car since my gym is across the street from my job.

Apple Watch is my sleep tracker:

Autosleep

Apple Watch is my wallet:

Apple Pay/tap to pay

IPhone 11 Pro Max connected apps

Strong

So, that’s pretty much how I use the Apple Watch for life. Hope that helps. If you have any questions about how you can apply any smartwatch to how you do things, leave them in the comments below.
